“ my goats open 7 days a week from 10am to 9pm. nobody works harder than Guelph bbq. on that grind even on holidays I grew up in HK and am so lucky that this place exists in Guelph, Ontario. truly the kindest family run establishment with S tier authentic HK food. their roast duck is suuuper flavourful and fatty, and their dimsum is very reasonably priced mwah, love you Guelph bbq! ”
“ I love this restaurant. The food, service, and prices are perfect You can order the same food from another high end Chinese restaurant for double/triple the price but the quality is still the same! The Peking duck, roast pork and BBQ pork are so good The staff are so kind and friendly. They're very accommodating and can give great recommendations. They often checked on us if we needed a water/tea refill and if the food was good I came in hungry and left happy with a full belly of lip-smacking flavor. 10/10 restaurant will come again ”
“ The most authentic Chinese food in Guelph and the best Dim Sum. The staff are so friendly and always seem happy. Try multiple things and you are bound to like so many different items. When you walk in you'll see the ducks and pork hanging. While I was there waiting for my pickup order, so many people walked in for pork that I had to add some to my order. Very happy that I tried it and the skin was so crispy. We have been here before and we will definitely go again. ”
“ Very good and authentic food (key word authentic) in a clean restaurant. Roast pork was perfectly crunchy, juicy, and delicious. We also ordered the beef ho fen, shrimp dumplings, and BBQ pork lo mein which were all good. Food is comparable in price and quality to the best of low-key Chinese restaurants in Mississauga. However, what stood out to me the most was how friendly and hospitable everyone was. I later found out it’s a family-run joint and their son was the one cutting the roast pork for us. The food is honestly good at a reasonable price point which is reason enough to visit, but the service is the cherry on top. Support local businesses like these while they’re around, run by a very nice and hardworking family. ”

It’s a nice local spot to get Chinese BBQ and if you’re not in the mood for that, their extensive menu has many options for you to choose from. The owner and his staff are the sweetest people and they go above and beyond for their customers. James is always chatting with everyone that walks through while chopping away at the BBQ station. “ This place serves pretty authentic chinese bbq and dimsum! They have grab and go bbq containers ready for takeout at the front, and an area for seating to dine in. It's bright and clean inside, and service was super friendly and attentive. I think the staff care a lot about the food and service. For those not familiar with chinese dishes, be sure to ask what exactly comes with each dish - the Cantonese chow mein for example comes with pork, chicken and shrimp! Portions are large so you won't leave hungry, and tea is complimentary! ”
“ Delicious Chinese food - bbq as good as you'll find most anywhere. I had beef ho funn, shrimp dumplings, and mixed bbq plate with both roast duck and roast pork. The bbq was delicious, succulently juicy, and crispy. I visited a few days ago and had Shanghai noodles with beef and roast duck. Everything I've had was authentic, fresh and well cooked, and delicious. The service was very friendly and has a family feel. Just a great experience - I highly recommend you visit for a treat, for takeout, for a craving fix, or just a great meal! ”
